Chocolate! Is it an aphrodisiac?

Does it improve sexual function and sexual desire – libido and sexual performance?”

People ask, and I think rightfully so, “Is chocolate an aphrodisiac? Does it improve sexual function and sexual desire – libido and sexual performance?”

That’s  great question. Chocolate actually has been studied scientifically. And although chocolate contains substances like tryptophan and other amphetamine like chemicals, it does not and has not, stood the test of scientific scrutiny as an aphrodisiac food. It has not been shown to significantly increase sexual desire or sexual performance.

That said, I’m about to demonstrate in a future video, a wonderful concoction that I’ve come up with that has all of the ingredients that I have been discussing with respect to aphrodisiac foods. It’s a beautiful smoothie rolled together with blueberries, blackberries and raspberries containing fenugreek, saffron, maca, pistachios, cocoa and coffee!

I think you’re going to love it and discover that it will boost your sexual energy and get your mojo back, if it’s been lacking, or propel it a little more, even if it’s been just fine!
