Research at major universities supports the age-old concept that laughter promotes well-being.
Research at the University of Maryland and Loma Linda University intersect to support the age-old adage that laughter is the best medicine. - Look for and find the good in all things
- Look on the bright side
- But most of all – laugh every day!
