Laughter is the Best Medicine!

March 26, 2017

Research at major universities supports the age-old concept that laughter promotes well-being.

Research at the University of Maryland and Loma Linda University intersect to support the age-old adage that laughter is the best medicine. The research at Loma Linda concluded that laughter improved cognitive function and memory. Researchers at the University of Maryland discovered that laughter protects against heart attack!

  • Look for and find the good in all things
  • Look on the bright side
  • But most of all – laugh every day!
