Allow lozenges to slowly melt in your mouth every two hours while awake, at the onset of cold or flu-like symptoms, for greatest effect. Adults 18 years and older take one lozenge tablet six times daily for three days. Ages 14 to 18 years take one lozenge tablet four times daily for three days.
